Madison Calling
Madison Calling makes personalized gift videos and calls with Madison, an AI character. This page says what we collect to do that and what happens to it.
What we collect
- From the person ordering: your first name and what you tell us about the person the gift is for (their first name, the occasion, and the details you type).
- Payment: handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe tells us that you paid, how much, and the email address you gave them.
- From the person receiving the gift: when they call Madison, the call audio and a transcript.
How we use it
- To write Madison's message, make the video, and run the call.
- To email you when your gift is ready, or if it needs an edit. We don't send marketing email.
- To fix problems, prevent abuse, and improve the service.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for marketing.
Who helps us provide the service
We send only what each one needs: Stripe (payment), Resend (the email), Anthropic (writing the message and checking the video), ElevenLabs (Madison's voice and the live call), Replicate and Comfy (the image and video), and Cloudflare (hosting).
About the person you're gifting
You're telling us about someone else, so please share only things they'd be happy for a friend to joke about. Don't include addresses, phone numbers, health details, or anything private. We may decline an order that does.
How long we keep it
A gift link works for 7 days. You can ask us to delete an order, its video, or a call recording at any time.
Age
Madison Calling is for adults. Gifts and calls are for people 18 or older.
